four years ago seems so far away
I’ll never be sixteen again, sitting on the floor of the band room during combined practice, passing notes with Rachael and Keziah, laughing over stupid things.

I'm a deep sea diver
Things that made me happy today:
Mistaken for Strangers- The National
Someone said in the comments 'This is a video of The National just being cool'. Yes!
It made me insanely happy this morning, you have no idea how hard I was grinning. See 0:45 when the chorus starts, I love that shot of Matt Berninger and the ceiling. The shadow! The tilt of his head! The angle of the camera! ♥ I would screenshot that if the video quality was better.
Grizzly Bear walking down the streets of Paris, singing Knife.
Ed!!!!!!!!!1 Hahaha he's so embarrassed, he keeps covering his head with the jacket. I love his voice and this song.
Zach Condon walks down the streets of Paris (possibly drunk), singing Knife.
Look they're having so much fun! They're totally fudging the lyrics! And Zach Condon is kind of really adorable. And has a great voice. I wish I could walk down the street and see something like this.
Nantes- Beirut

If people did things like this more often, the world would be a happier place.

I found Sally!!
In my jacket pocket as I was walking to the bus stop this morning. Oh baby.
I messaged Jasmine to say I found my ipod and she asked, which one?
Also, Kimi Raikkonen isn't racing anymore?? Didn't see his name on any of the teams. D:

DUM DUM DUM dum DUM DUM DUM dum
Hi the night before the Bio MCQ paper I opened my TYS for the first time and realised that it's by year, and not topical. Heh.
Must record to remind myself DON'T DO THIS THE NEXT TIME ROUND.

Lie to Me
Things that made me happy today:
stars my favourite book amy millan torquil campbell yeah yeah yeahs maps patrick wolf's red hair the magic position edward larrikin jonny lang lie to me peter frampton it all comes down to you crowded house don't dream it's over chris isaak wicked game keziah's 'Hi i miss you!!'
I filched my dad's music from his thumbdrive... I now have A LOT of new music.
Yesterday my brother was watching track and field events on TV and he was commenting on how scary the runners' thighs were and I said did you notice how triangular some of them are, especially swimmers, and he said Michael Phelps looks like a guardian wolf (on wolfteam) which cracked me up so hard. (Okay I can't find a good picture but it's true.)
Armed with coffee and bio notes and I have to study before I fall asleep again.
